Process: I went through the steps of Ulla-Mays tutorial here with my focal photo. Then I dragged just the composite to a new blank document. Next, I placed artsy paper_4. I clipped my composite and sketch composite to simple fotoblendz mask_4. Above, I placed sand from AP Beach. I repeated Ulla-Mays process with the small photo of the wagon and clipped it to another mask. I placed all the layers of MultiMedia sun_5 in the sky and used two layers from sun_2 behind the wagon. I added an art stroke, button, label, journaling and a title. I placed the summer wordart_8 on linear burn after recoloring. For the title, I clipped a transfer to the text layer and added another copy of the sand before giving it a small drop shadow and outline.
Oh my this is so cute, I love the blending! that new sun is terrific! fantastic summer page!

love, love, love this! That sand color is the perfect medium for the splashes of primary color that you've added. That focal photo contains all you need... color, texture etc... great job in providing a great "supporting cast" in elements and color. It really brings out the best in the focal photo. I've been working hard on what I think you've captured here... restraint. I see red, yellow and blue and I just roll with it https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=332061&title=wetnwild&cat=all I think it worked in this instance but I'd like to be able to move back and forth.

so darling - fabulous blending - love the string, button and a hint of the pale. see is such a cutie!

Very sweet page! Love the watercolor effect and the wagon with the button element in the corner!

Great photo and awesome blending treatment (as always). Love exactly where you put that big sun!
