This sweet photo was shared by a friend and when I saw it months ago I knew it was an awesome shot on so many levels. The little man is adorable! The photo is a cool black and white. The pose of his head looking down is precious. And the oversized white cowboy hat that is as big as the little guy is a great prop choiceexcept its way more than just a prop. The hat belonged to the little mans grandpa. Two Generations captured in this photo who have never met and to me that was the story to be told in this fabulous photo! (Hope this photo inspires others to include some meaningful props in your photoshoots.)

Page Process-
The photo was clipped to Melange FotoBlendz and both were resized
Multiple transfers and brushes were applied throughout the page and brushes were recolored and some were duplicated
WoodWord photo was resized and then duplicated and the multiply blending mode was applied
More WordART and quote was added using the fonts Dirty Ego and Pea Nic Script
The WoodWord just was exchanged in the quote by selecting the font word just and deleting it to create space for the WoodWord. The WoodWord was resized and duplicated and the blending modes darken and multiply were applied
Frame was created by layering multiple UrbanStitchez that were resized
The cluster of elements was placed adding a pop of red and the tape was resized and the colorburn blending mode was applied
The pop of red was repeated in the word love..with the type tool selected, highlight only the word(s) to be recolored. I had previously set my foreground color a red color selected from the hearts in the cluster. Next click on the foreground color which then turns your highlighted words the selected color, accept and the new color is applied to only the highlighted word(s)
