The Process
I selected an artsy paper from AP Lush as the background. I clipped my photo to the frame mask from AP Whimsy. I layered a multi media spring 2 flower and transfer from AP Lush, and word art behind the photo. I added a Warm Glow 7 and changed the blending mode to color. The right side cluster is just layering a script tease travel 2, warm glow, urban threadz, ribbon, butterfly and flower and button. For the painted flowers I created a blank layer above them and painted the areas I wanted colored and then clipped the paint layer to the flowers.
