Staten Island Ferry

Sometimes it's easy. Sometimes it's hard!!! Part of my process is to spend a great deal of time (prior to actually sitting down at the computer)mentally hashing out exactly what I want to do, so that by the time I open Photoshop the page is already fully formed in my head... I know exactly what I want to do compositionally, I know what color palette I want to use, I know the photos I want to use and how I want to crop them, elements etc... And usually the transposition from brain to page is a pretty smooth one. Not this time!!! Everything I had planned and thought would work didn't!! I actually restarted about four times. I learned alot on this page.

This was the last adventure on our first full day in NYC.

I used Anna's:

Artsy Layered Template #113
AP Palette Traveler
Travel WordMix #1
MagicFlares #1
Great framing for the Statue of Liberty! It's like that sometimes in scrapbooking, we mentally rehearse only to find out it won't work, but I'm glad you learned a lot!

This is an awesome page, even if it didn't turn out like you thought. I love the framing of the Statue of Liberty.

Wonderful framing of Lady Liberty! A fun trip. Love seeing your photos!
