A little how to that I did:
I loved the flair that had the tie on it, but it didn't have the circular eyelet like another one in the kit did. I dragged both flairs onto my page, one on top of the other. Then I used the polygon lasso tool and carefully selected the eyelet. Once the selection was made, I right-clicked, selected Layer via Cut. and deleted the other flair. I made sure that the eyelet and tie flair we all lined up, then I merged the 2 layers.
