After starting with Anna's ArtPlayPaletteBehold_SolidPaper4 for the backgroung, I then found an image from the Internet to place behind Anna's MultiMediaBalloonsNo2. I changed the blend mode of the Internet image to Luminosity to give me the B&W effect. I duplicated Anna's ArtPlayPaletteEmbraceMe_Banner to stretch across the scene. Finally the stitches and Text.
