Late I know but I love Suzie's pages and wanted to play along!
This is an old pic from 2007 taken in a bar when we visited New York with friends, we had visited once before with the girls and that time one of the huge highlights had been the visit to the twin towers so I wanted to include them in the background even although sadly it was ground zero we visited in 2007.
I played about with the NY image and used an alpha channel to add colour, duplicated, flipped and then used the wave filter to distort then set to colour burn, I wanted an abstract feel to the reflection. the rest was created by layering transfers and stitches!
It just about took my breath away to see the twin towers in your layout! I love how the photo is blended with the sky. Gorgeous page design. Love this.
