I took this photo at sunset, but the camera didnt see what I saw (it was a lousy photo).
But I did like the mountain in the background with an outline of its legendary camelback humps.
So I turned it into an abstract view with layers of various blendings.
Process: Place clipping mask on background paper. Clip a medium patterned paper to mask.
Clip photo to mask. Duplicate photo and adjust blending modes until satisfied with result.
Clip photo of rooftops of Scottsdale homes and place in foreground on pin light.
Add palm trees and set on hard mix and luminosity modes.
Add foto glows for light adjustment; Add artstrokes and transfers for more detail.
Complete page with title/journaling. Clip color to title.
