This layout was inspired by my desire to create a layout for the Webspiration Challenge and create the feel of the airplane being in the sky. The bottom layer is a paper from the Vintage Album Collection Paper Pack. I then added a paper from the Artist Painted Papers and duplicated it. One layer is in Color Blend mode and the other is in Lighter Color mode. I then added two paints to create the effect of clouds.
