Frame and Matted Paper: Life in Color by Vicki Stegall and Val C
Frames are not typically an element I use very often. I will use a mask on a photo are mat one with other papers. This challenge I needed to use a frame, but not on the photo itself. I have said before that I am *addicted* to Jenn's papers so when I chose my photo to work with, I knew that she would have one that would be perfect. Then, I used the frame and paper from the Life in Color collab, and used elements from cOzy to give the page some more color. The word art-- can't get much better than "cozy" for this photo and page
