The Process
I selected the striped paper from AP Anew as the background for my page. After converting my photo to black and white I clipped it to a watercolor fotoblendz mask, duplicated the photo and set it to hard light and reduced the opacity. Next I layered the frame below the mask and changed the blending mode to hard light and duplicated it again. A transfers from AP Anew were layered below the frame. For the smaller photo cluster I clipped the photo to a watercolor fotoblendz 1 mask, layered a glow from warm glows 1 over the photo and reduced the opacity. The flower was layered below the the photo and a splatter brush from AP Across the Miles was layered below the flower. Painted Numbers, a JazzedUp LoopdaLoop, word art, elements, and sparkle dots were added to complete the page.
