I have used a focal image that was treated with water color techniques.
The image was treated in addition after the watercolor effect with various filters as the cutout, and find edges effects.
I added behind the image a "Love glow" that was treated with a blend mode "color burn",
in addition behind the eye of my subject I added a large brush stroke from the art play palette.
To formalized the scar effect on the face I added as well a brush from the same art play palette.
