We got to Rocky Mountain National Park at first light. A bull elk was grazing in the field with his cows. We heard some bugling and he headed into the trees to protect his territory. As we came to a meadow with early rays bathing a stand of aspens, a cow elk was backlit. I missed the photo.
Before starting I isolating the bull elk to a png. It was taken in very low light. I placed the template and clipped two photos. Behind the elk, I clipped the ArtsyKardz and a transfer to cover the gray mask. I added the artsy paper, multiplied it and used levels to balance the colors with the photos. I added the artstroke and the book texture with a burn blend mode. Then I added the leaf, hinge, and various stitchez.
