The Process
I selected a neutral background paper from AP Revel and placed a transfer on it. I extracted my photo, added a gradient mask to blend in the edges of the photo. Then I placed the frame over it and added a layer mask and hid the left side of the frame so that my photo spilled out. Word art, strokes, elements and the banner were added to finish the page.
