Process
Placed FotoBlendz mask and photo. Made a copy of the photo and applied the Pen and Ink Filter. Changed the blend mode of the copy layer to Linear Light and reduced the opacity to 50%. On a new layer and with a watercolor brush added some extra color to various areas of the image.
Added transfers, Urban Threadz, and word art.
