It was the weekend before your birthday that you were with us in 2001. We had plans to go to The Henry Ford Museum on Sunday and have presents and cake on Saturday after Papa got home from work. Only problem with the plan was that Grams and I had no idea what to do for a cake! We thought maybe wed order one, but what kind of design? By almost 7, you and Rina generally liked whatever the other one didn't. You were fighting the battle for your own identity, the war of anti-twin!

After some brainstorming, we came up with an idea you both loved. You picked out your own cake at Farmer Jack and we bought all kinds of frosting, sprinkles, candies and cake decorations. Then we had some craft time - edible crafts! You both decorated your own cake! You loved it, using lots of frosting and sprinkles on your white cake while Rina put lots of cake toppers on her chocolate frosted cake. Two very different cakes for two girls that were twins only by date of birth! But hey, we all got two pieces of cake!
