The Process
I selected a template from WaterColor Template Album 1C and added a background paper from AP Splash. An artsy kardz from Artsy Kardz Splash MultiPack (C) was clipped to the water color fotoblendz on the template. A Stained Edge Overlay was added and recolored blue. Photos, label words, elements, water drops, threads, and word art were added.
