process...
start with a solid. drag the psd layers of a fotoinspired edge template onto your solid. clip your photo to some or all of the layers (recolor remaining layers to match your photo). add gold paint to highlight some areas. add urban stitchez to highlight shadows and give some interest to one of the buildings. add skinnylined overlay. drag watercolor mask onto page as top layer. enlarge the mask vertically to go from edge to edge on your page. clip alpha to mask and position. add drop shadows to some of the letters.
This blurred/smeared photo treatment you use is one of my favorites of yours. Someday I will figure out how you do it, is it blur filters or the smudge tool? Love the purple backdrop and urban stitches.
