Process:
On a neutral bg paper, place photo of pond lily.
I had already applied a paint filter from the app, Glaze before I opened in PSE.
But you can also apply a painted effect from PS/PSE filters directly on your page.
Open and place the water transfer from AP H2O and place below lily photo.
Using both ArtsyPaint #2 and a PSE wet brush from Natural Brushes 2,
I painted various layers of colored grasses around the lily pad. Adjust blending modes.
Open and place a WaterColor FotoBlendz No.4 under photo.
Clip photo and painted grasses to WCFB.
Enhance with WarmGlows No.7. Add artstroke and title.
