We have all seen the crystal clear images of the moon...thus I was very disappointed in the photos I took the night of the Blood Moon, otherwise known as a Lunar Eclipse and obviously named for the color the moon becomes...... I felt so much better the next day when I saw this was pretty much what everyone got... Apparently the lack of light as the earth passed between the moon and the sun, made it impossible to get much clarity... this is a rare phenomenon, occurring a couple of times a year ...
