Process
Placed two brushes from APP Shine and created a photo mask by moving them into a shape I liked and then merging the two layers. Placed the photo and clipped it to the mask, changed the mask's blend mode to Linear Burn.
Added transfers and brushes from the APP Shine to add color and the tartan pattern to add texture behind the photo. Finished with spatter, loop da loop and title.
