Process:
I like the fresh look of b/w vintage photos with colorful transfers.
Open and place a neutral background.
Layer background with a patterned paper at 100% darken.
Open and place a transfer to be used as a base for your photo.
Place a b/w photo and place over transfer. Make a copy of photo.
Set first photo to 50% pin light, set copy to 100% hard light.
Open a frame and place over photo. Set to 100% overlay.
Complete page with various transfers, elements and journaling.
Add FotoGlows at various modes to enhance color.
