The Process
I selected my background paper from AP Beautiful Day, but because I wanted more blue on this layout I also used the solid paper and covered half of the page with each. To make the transition smooth I added a layer mask and used the gradient tool to blend the 2 papers together. I scanned a page from my Winnie-the-Pooh book to use for this layout, played with the hue of the balloon, attached an Urban Threadz 3 string to it. To make the text inside the LoopDaLoop, I created a text path. Then finished the page with my elements.
