Process
I clipped a transfer from Artplay Palette Storm to the peacock feather and changed the blending mode to hard light. I duplicated the feather many times, layering it and adjusting the hue/saturation to give some variation. Art strokes from Different Strokes 8 were used for the body. The head was made from a variety of shape tools found in Photoshop (I had a really difficult time doing this, but finally got something resembling a bird head). Magic Sprinklez were layered on (changing the color of some).
