this is one of my favorite techniques https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=265365&title=for-ann-and-irene&cat=1351. instead of doing the whole face with the splatters, i added the music notes. i also added some embossing around the face and a a warm glow to pick up the color in her lips.
