Description:
First I found the photo and the template I wanted to use. Keeping the photo in mind, I replaced some of the template paint layers with transfers and brush work from my chosen products. Once the background was complete, I started work on the embellishments. Firstly I placed my word art. Next I chose and placed my frames. I loved having a frame in the bottom right corner, but it was obscuring some of the word art. To eliminate this, I duplicated the wordart layer. On the bottom layer I erased all but the creating yourself text and placed it inside the frame. On the top layer I erased just the creating you text and then moved the layered upwards slightly so that it wasnt hiding behind the frame. Next I used the original template to place my LoopDaLoop embellishment. I loved its location, but the hinge looked out of place, so I moved it over the top of the frame. Finally for the photo, I clipped it to 2 different masks and changed the blending modes to Luminosity and Vivid Light. I also clipped it to the mask for the frame, duplicated the layer four times and added a variety of blending modes and blurring to create the effect I wanted.
