Mine was about coming to live in a gentler climate and being grateful that I could look out and see green space all around me. That the sun doesn't now beat down on arid earth and I have a garden I won't ever lose to drought again. That I can grow roses and lavender. That I can smell the rain and see the sun setting over the valley.
