Running not made by me(except clipping papers) but was used in a tutorial from Kirk Nelson in Photoshop Creative(UK) and Photoshop Magazine(NL)

I clipped some papers to all 3 layers of the running figure. I saw the blended background reminded me to a beach. I searched through my beach photo and found a fitting one. I blended that in the canvas with the help of a layer mask (gradient and brushing).
