I used 6x6 artsy kardz for this composition from Anna Aspnes Designs,
I adjusted the size of the artsy kardz by transforming it as needed to the same size of my entire page.
Every artzy kardz can be used as a new background when stretching it for any page.
I have used Anna's artsy kardz forester (4) with a layer blending mode "luminosity" as the background of the composition!.
The main image of the canal was treated with a water color brush technique very softly,
changing the size and opacity of the brush on every stroke, the brush impressions had a significant spacing between them and I used a filter paint daubs with watercolor effect.
The watercolor strokes are associated with colors that merge well in the composition.
I added in addition a second artsy kardz forester (1) with a layer blending mode "soft light",
this second artsy kardz was mixed between the layers of the main image so the blending achieved is soft.
After I applied the border overlay from AP viaggio that I use almost always.
