I used the main landscape with filter paint daubs and poster edges.
I added Anna's cool glow behind the buildings to act as a spot light and show the architecture details.
The same image is used as a background at a larger scale.
I placed over the background a different image that was heavy on yellow tones (that image is not seen),
and I used a layer blending mode that got transformed the yellow into the muted grey middle tones.
I added a frame in between the layer to add a 3D effect as well.
I finished the composition with border overlay Viaggio, that I use always across all my pages.
