Loving this new releases from Anna with all the beach photos I have to scrap.
Journaling reads: I am not sure how much Cricket likes the beach, but she is getting much more comfortable with the ride, the other people and other dogs, and even the water. Although she is more a puddle dog, rather than a water dog, she will go in & wet her feet, especially if hot, and loves to roll in the wet sand. I think she loves getting to spend time with Rachel and Sean.

The Process: I dont do Project Life, but I do love these templates, and use them for single layouts rather than spreads. I brought in the photos, and began attaching them to the clipping masks. I also used 3 transfers from the AP Sea Live kit and attached them to clipping masks as well. The area that I used for journaling, I recolored. I began adding elements, and felt I needed more room around the outside edge, so I scaled the photos down to give more of a margin in which to place the skribbles and other elements. I added a few frames and layered some tabs for descriptive word additions, and the date. For more interest, I added a 12 x 12 page overlay on top of the striped paper, which I recolored blue and changed to Blend Mode Linear Light. On top of tthat, I added some transfers from the APSea Live kit. The title was created by using a font in the blue and beige, stoking the outer edge with white, and then bringing the opacity of the actual text down, to make it somewhat transparent.
