process...
i started with the new artsy layered template. i clipped my photo to most of the layers and recolored some of the layers to match the color of the water in the photo. i turned off all the frame layers. i resized the template and centered it on the page. i added a fotoblendz layer under the template layers as a mat. i added the word art (which is three layers to get the right color). over the word art i added the stringed shell and the word strip. i like to finish with an artstroke at the bottom of the image and a 1 px frame around the whole page.
