I saw an amazing pages by oldvwblues. https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=288999&title=sea-fever&cat=1351 She was so kind and wrote the tut. I try that. Finally I used three times the photo, I put the top layer as hard mix layer style. Then I put a big frame behond the photo and a small frame on the photo. I use layer mask and a brush on it. I put some lace textures and use some brushes finally.
