The 12x12 ArtsyKardz are pretty cool. Because they are are layered, they are more like a template than a paper, or 'kard'. I like to re-color the layers and use some of them as clipping masks, just as though it were a template. I start by re-coloring until I have the palette I want to work with (I wanted more blue and less brown in this case) and then I start adding photos, layering some above, some below the Kard-Layers, clipped two to paint layers and changed the blending mode and then I started layering elements, brushes and text. Anything goes!
