Oodles of imperfection from me for April 2013's Theme challenge.
I started out journaling about the soft furnishings, as I looked at my dreadful curtains, then it kind of escalated into a number of imperfections - 3 of which appear here. Goodness, I reckon I could fill an entire art journal with these!
Oops, the writing is a bit small on this triptych - to save the eye strain, here we go....
I dont care about. clothes
I dont care about clothes. I dont care about what they look like. I dont care about the latest fashions. I dont care which shops I frequent. I dont care what other people think. I have enough trouble getting clothes just to fit. So as long as they are comfy, I am satisfied.
I dont care about . soft furnishings
I dont care about soft furnishings. There. I said it. I really dont. I dont care that my curtains are second hand and dull. I dont care that my sheets are not ironed. I dont care that we dont have designer cushions or blinds. I buy everything in white sheets, towels, the lot. I know as a woman Im supposed to be interested in all things home, but I just am not. Sorry.
I dont care about.having my hair cut
I dont care about having my hair cut. I hate going to the hairdressers for no reason other than it is an immense waste of time. I dont want to have to make small talk. I dont want to be sold expensive product or have an un-necessary head massage. I am even capable of washing my own hair before going in. Sadly, as someone with short hair that grows quickly, I am required to go to the hairdressers once in a while. But I dont enjoy it. No siree.
