PROCESS:
Chose 2 of my 'downtown' photos and couldn't decide which to use so I used bothclipped both photos to a mask with the building above the cyclist poster layerthen I reduced the opacity of the buildingand placed on background paperplaced recolored glow under masked images.
Then on top, I started layering brushes, elements, and stitches.
