Process | I rotated this template 90 degrees to accomodate my photos. I replaced some of the masks with cards. For the bottom right card I selected the photo in the layers palette, then while clicking on the icon for that photo pressed the command button to make it active (dancing ants), then I selected the card beneath it pressed delete to give it a frame appearance. I repeated it for the other photo. then i moved the card above the two photos which gives them in set look.
