Recreating an Instagram edit with PS/PSE

This is a photo I edited for an Instagram challenge hosted by @jvdt @applifam on Instagram.
The photo was shot in Cape Town South Africa.
(The photos for this challenge are copyright free. I use them to practice editing techniques)
I used the apps Filterstorm and Laminar on my original edit for Instagram,
but recreated the effects for the photo on this page with PSE.
