When my life is messy, I get messy in my head too. When I feel that way, I need to unclutter.. I found the perfect way to unclutter my brain... by tidying up.. Not by tidying up the house, because that only lasts about an hour, (after which I get irritated because it's a mess so soon again!) No, I clean up my scrap supplies and pictures in my computer. Nobody touches that but me, so the effect lasts much longer.
And somehow, while i do this, it gets quiet in my head.
