Story:
Eric and I missed Lukes basketball game to attend the Squadron Christmas party. Military functions are hard for me, but with Eric newly promoted, it felt like the right thing to do. The venue, the food and DJ were so much better than previous years, that I didnt mind not knowing anyone. It was fun to be with my husband in his element and catch a glimpse of what the everyday looks like for him. The work is does is so important to so many and the table of stockings baring the names of those continuing the fight in the Middle East this season was such a poignant reminder of that. We have to do our duty sometimes too right Anna? Hard to be a wife of Military/Police. Functions were sometimes hard for me too. But we are so proud of our guys! Great page and tribute to the man in your life!!
