I love this photo of my DH's irrepressible aunt taken from a second floor porch by her brother-in-law. It is probably 1940 or before. Snow looks like Christmas even though we don't always have any on the day. We are quite happy not to have it too! Even so, it goes so well with my favorite colors of the season, silver and gold.
