Oscraps
wishing that we were in paris again. *sigh* ran a bunch of filters on this photo....then duplicated it and set the top photo layer to soft light mode...I kinda like the contrast effect. 
OK. NOW i know why I haven't been able to scrap our europe vacation photos (from 2 years ago!!). I've been waiting for the perfect papers and they are finally here!!!! All the papers are from Amanda's latest paper pack. *sigh* They are GORGEOUS!!!
