When I opened the .psd ArtsyKardz in PS, I simply slid the paper layer over to the left and clipped it the the Checkerboard mask and left all the other layers of the ArtsyKardz on the right. I added the background paper from the Artplay Palette Sunfun and a few other things and voila! A layout!

And voila! Another winner. You are so blessed to have freedom to create in so many styles. I never recognize "you" from the thumbnails...have to read your name, and am often surprised by the style I find....and NEVER disappointed.
