Journaling: Aging sucks! Its not enough that your body & brain break down - something you never planned to happen - but women a lot younger than you - even younger than your children - are doing all these fantastic, artistic things and even challenging you to do the same! Do an extraction? I dont think so! I am already a day behind in the CHALLENGES and I have to pay for my lovely, springy day in DC (eat your hearts out those of you who live in the wintry climates where I used to live) by returning to the impossible challenge and the other one that I havent started yet. The undone challenge keeps me up until 2:45 am. Husband wakes up as I slip into bed & notes the time. And that layout is awful! Then, brilliance strikes in the morning! Even sleep deprived, my brain is working on those challenges. I will meet them! I will extract the Queen of the World from the family photo and release her to her destiny! After all, isnt my motto I extract the fun from dysfunctional? CHALLENGES MET! I am not defeated yet! I am off to work on the last challenge . . . .

I LOVE your journaling!!! Totally rocks!! I can relate to slipping into bed at 2:45am...my dh just shakes his head now
