What a whirlwind this year has been. My life seems to pass me by these days while I struggle daily with my depression and anxiety. I want to be happy. I want to be motivated. I want to be courageous, excited and be prepared to put myself out there. I just cant gather up the strength most days. I want my kids to see my enthusiasm for life. For them to share in my joy of seeing them grow and live a fulfilling life. It is hard for me to fathom when I sit and think about everything but I do my best and I hope they can see that their Mummy loves them dearly.

Love the grungy feeling of this - matches the topic so well. Heartfelt journaling - all over a perfect layout. AND: depression and anxiety goes away, don't rush it ... life will look better soon. Been there, done that. Forgive yourself for not being perfect and trust that you will get better!
