For the August challenge, Title work.
The title Nybadad is a bit tricky to translate into one good word, but it means Freshly bathed of Just out of sea, and to me it has a ring of freshness, and of single water drops dripping from your hair and on your face.
I love the photo, and this is not the first scrap with it.
Papers from Otono (Oscrap collab), EveryDay (Kitty designs) and Escape (Nina scraps).
Confetti from Cool bliss by Feifei's stuff.
I've used Copperplate for the title work.
(Small tutorial for PS: Write your word. On a new layer, use the box-marking tool and mark a box that is a bit wider than your text but not as high. Center the marking over the text to leave the very tops and bottoms of your letters outside the marking. Let the ants march. Now, with ants marching, hold down the apple (ctrl) key and the alt key and click on the layer image of your text in the layers palette (to remove the text from the selection). Now you should have a marking of what will be the cut-out parts. Alt + back space to fill it with a colour. Now, on a new layer, mark the area that is the paper with the cut out text. Alt back space to fill it. With the new layer selected, hold down the apple key (ctrl key) and click the layer image of the layer with the cut-out parts to select. Back space or delete to cut away. Remove the 'help-layers' or make them invisible.
Journaling font is BlackJack.
