out of the 286 pictures i took today, this one is definitely my favorite. this is one of our neighbors, khari... the same that i did the "Snapshots of an Afternoon Game" layout of a while back. anyway... they joined us for christmas today. she was looking down at one of the toys and the sunlight just happened to catch her... i snapped the camera just in time. i simply darkened the already very gray and blurred background all the way to black and then blended it as "soft light" over this paper for even more drama. i'm sure i'll print this and give it to her dad.
