auntie heather would always tell us that she was 19. birthday cake after birthday cake. year after year. always 19. when I was small, it amazed me. when I got older, it amused me. and now that I am the ripe old age of 21, I am amazing and amusing all the very same people, and even a few new ones myself. yes, my dear auntie, we share so much more than our big teeth and strawberry blonde hair. and though I may have a couple years on you, auntie heather, you are truly the wiser one.
