To create this layout, I started with my photo and I added a round clipping mask to it from the Frosted Memories Bundle by et designs. Next I put a wood frame from the kit over the photo and mask and offset the frame to the left just a bit. I added the jingle bell and ribbon and the ice skates to the frame.

Next I played around with where I wanted to position the photo on the layout and with which background paper I wanted to use. I decided to tuck some lace overlays under the right and left side of the frame, and then I like how they looked on this paper, with the photo in the lower right.

Then I made a cluster of stamped leaves and tucked that under the lace on the lft. I added some snowflakes and a word strip as the title: Cold but Cozy.
