Inspired by Kabra's layout in the store preview of kit, I made this page with an old pic I had of my ex-husband's great grandfather. This kit will work beautifully for many of my heritage pages in the future!
This is a marvelous heritage page and a vintage photo in remarkable condition. My sister and I had the exact same haircuts as Lena, only I was lucky and had some curl and our vintage doesn't go back "quite" that far. That blue gray frame sets off the sepia photo perfectly and what photo at grandma & grandpa's didn't have a lace doily under it, or our house for that matter. Love the lush clusters of mums and the great dairy montage takes me back to memories of visiting my aunts and uncles dairy farms and hanging out in the barn. As townies I remember milk in glass bottles, only metal crates not wood. Wonderful take on the challenge, thank you.
